Richard C. Brommels, 34, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of second-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief, stemming from alleged actions of Aug. 14.
Shawn D. Lovell, 30, was indicted by a grand jury on felony charges of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence, stemming from alleged actions in May involving psilocyn, a hallucinogenic drug.
Dirk S. Daugherty, 23, was indicted by a grand jury on felony charges of drunken driving and refusing to submit to a chemical test and a misdemeanor charge of driving with a license canceled, suspended or revoked.
Stewart Emery, 34, was found guilty of felony third-degree assault, stemming from a Jan. 30 incident that led to a grand jury indictment on a first-degree assault charge. Juneau Superior Court Judge Larry Weeks imposed five years in jail.
Bruce E. Karlson, 42, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault, stemming from a June 27 incident. Juneau District Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 120 days in jail and ordered Karlson to pay $107.35 in restitution.
Michael L. Adamson, 23, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a July 25 incident where his blood-alcohol level was measured at .254 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Peter B. Froehlich imposed 36 days in jail with 30 days suspended and a $3,000 fine with $1,500 suspended. He also revoked Adamson's license for 90 days and placed him on probation for two years.
Prosecutors dismissed a charge of underage drinking against David P. George, 20, stemming from alleged actions of July 10. George was found guilty of failing to obey a citation. Froehlich imposed five days in jail.
