Wrangell woman dies at campground

KETCHIKAN - An autopsy will be performed on the body of a Wrangell woman found dead at the Signal Creek campground at Ward Lake.

Trooper Zach Huckstep of the Alaska State Troopers in Ketchikan said there were no signs of foul play in the death of 40-year-old Odessa Anderson, but more information would be known after the autopsy.

Huckstep said fellow campers discovered Anderson's death Sunday morning. She had been alone in her tent.
