KENAI - A teen-ager accused of firing a pellet gun on a father and his 4-year-old daughter has been charged with felony assault, Kenai police said.
The incident occurred Monday afternoon in Kenai, police said.
Raymond Hensley, 31, of Kenai was cutting the grass near the trees south of the store when he said he felt something hit him in the left buttocks. His daughter, KathLynn Payton, was hit in the back by a second shot.
Kenai police charged a 15-year-old boy with two counts of felony assault.
