Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Jatin Chugani, 24, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a May 3 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .047 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Chugani $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• John Falls, 44, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a May 10 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .155 percent. Superior Court Judge Philip M. Pallenberg imposed 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended, fined Falls $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Alicia Gillis, 28, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a June 27 incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .173 percent. Sivertsen imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Gillis $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Dale Benton, 41, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a July 18 incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 35 days suspended, fined Benton $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.

• Isaac Easley, 23, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Aug. 15 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .192 percent. Sivertsen imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Easley $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.
