Koester, Obispo to wed

Summer Amanda Hinckley Koester of Juneau and Jose Ramon Jimenez Obispo of Venezuela plan to marry Sept. 15, 2002, at the Eaglecrest Lodge.

Koester, a Juneau-Douglas High School graduate, is the daughter of Tom and Sue Koester of Juneau. The groom is the son of Bella Ester Jimenez of Venezuela. He met Koester while the two were living in Costa Rica. The couple plans to move to Southern California where Koester will pursue a master's degree in Spanish and teaching and the groom-elect will work in the construction industry.

The bride-elect's sister, Rozlind Koester of Juneau, will be the maid of honor, and Marcos Lozada of Venezuela will be best man. Tracee Hackel of Chapel by the Lake will officiate.
