...for help and care

We would like to express our appreciation and thanks to a number of people who helped with Curtis Shattuck's care during his brief illness.

The EMTs who transported him to the emergency room; ER staff Dr. William Palmer, Dr. Allan Schlicht and Dr. Brian Cole; and critical care nurses and staff who took such excellent care of him.

Bartlett Regional Hospital is an excellent facility and the nursing care is outstanding. We're fortunate to have this superior medical resource in Juneau.

We'd also like to acknowledge and thank Dr. Henry Akiyama and Merritt Hogan, GNP, for their devotion to and care of Curtis over the years. Their care has been both professional and personal, and we are forever grateful for their friendship.

The Shattuck Family
