Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Keith Rushing, 53, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 21 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .294 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed six days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Rushing $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
Robert Harris, 24, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 14 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .170 percent. Juneau Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed six days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Harris $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
