Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Bear complaints:

• Bears were spotted Tuesday at 12:01 p.m. and 2 p.m. near Northwood Drive in Lemon Creek and at 3:08 p.m. near Glacier Highway and the airport mall.

Shoplifting:

• A woman, 29, was cited at 5:54 p.m. Tuesday for shoplifting near South Franklin Street.

Burglary:

• A man, 46, reported at 9:41 a.m. Tuesday that his home near Glacier Highway was broken into sometime in the last few weeks. Nothing was taken.

Vehicle accidents:

• At 1:34 p.m. Tuesday, a man, 32, reported that his 1995 Toyota was struck by an unknown vehicle while parked near the subport lot. The damage was unknown.

• A maroon Mitsubishi and a black Chevrolet were cited at 2:31 p.m. Tuesday for failing to maintain a safe distance after a four-car accident near outbound Egan Drive and Fred Meyer. Damage was unknown.

• A boy, 16, was cited at 3:06 p.m. Tuesday for careless driving and failure to carry insurance after he drove his 1993 Dodge Shadow into a 1996 Toyota and a Chevrolet near outbound Egan Drive and Sunny Point.
