Driving while intoxicated:
A 31-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving at 9:58 p.m. Wednesday near Glacier Highway and Tonsgard Court, after driving a 1989 Chevrolet into a ditch. The man was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center and his vehicle sustained $1,000 to $1,500 in damage.
A 24-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving and sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance at 1:34 a.m. Thursday near Ferry Way. She was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Domestic violence:
A 27-year-old women was arrested for domestic-violence assault at 8:20 a.m. Thursday near Teal Street. She was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Theft:
A 17-year-old boy was cited for shoplifting at 1:18 p.m. Wednesday near West Willoughby Avenue.
A $300 Canon digital camera, a $150 silver Native bracelet and a $100 gold amethyst ring were reported stolen at 1:17 p.m. Wednesday near Hayes Way.
A six-gallon boat fuel tank, worth $50, was reported stolen at 2:55 p.m. Wednesday near Wood Duck Avenue.
A $450 silver Eagle bracelet, a $350 silver Eagle/Bear bracelet and a gold, double-headed Eagle bracelet were reported stolen at 3:52 p.m. Wednesday near Foster Avenue in Douglas.
A Canon camcorder, an IPod shuffle, IPod speakers, a Toshiba laptop, MPX stereo speakers and a change jar were reported stolen at 4:09 p.m. Wednesday near Parkwood Drive. The estimated value of all the items was $1,375.
At 6:41 p.m. Wednesday, a 39-year-old man reported two red plastic gas tanks, worth a total of $160, had been stolen near Pine Street in Lemon Creek.
At 7:46 p.m. Wednesday, a 31-year-old man reported his unlocked Glacier Highway home had been entered. No items were missing.
Assault:
A 13-year-old girl was cited for assault at 5:12 p.m. Wednesday near Glacier Highway. She was released to her parents.
Vehicle accidents:
At 12:08 p.m. Wednesday, police were notified that a 2005 Toyota had been struck by a hit-and-run driver while parked somewhere in the Juneau area. The Toyota's rear panel was scratched.
A 17-year-old boy was cited for failing to yield at 7:59 a.m. Thursday near inbound Egan Drive and Salmon Creek after driving his 2002 red Jeep into a 1990 Dodge Caravan.
Vandalism:
At 8:09 a.m. Thursday, a 59-year-old man reported a women's restroom near Mendenhall Loop Road had been vandalized.
At 9:24 a.m. Thursday, a 51-year-old man reported damage by vandals near Cope Park. Locks had been broken, and an assortment of property had been marked. Damage was estimated at more than $250.
Lost property:
At 9:05 a.m. Thursday, a 31-year-old man reported losing a black leather bi-fold wallet near Willoughby Avenue.
Found property:
At 4:56 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported finding a mountain bike near Lund Street. The caller will keep the bike until it is claimed.
