James B. Neal Jr. died on Aug. 27, 2010 in Anchorage. He was 52.
He was born Oct. 2, 1957 in Juneau and he worked locally as a plumber.
A celebration of life will be held from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday at the Moose Lodge. All friends are welcome to attend.
