Disorderly conduct:

• At about 9 p.m. Thursday, a 45-year-old man was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Franklin Street. Alcohol was involved. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Drunken driving:

• At about 3:40 a.m. Friday, Jerry Maghinay, 25, was arrested on a charge of drunken driving in the 9100 block of Cinema Drive. He was lodged at the state prison.
