Nathaniel Buck, 12, left, and Mircea Brown, 12, race each other in the flipper race Tuesday at Dzantik'i Heeni Middle School. Social studies classes at the school's Alder House started the academic year by studying ancient Greece. On Tuesday, the classes held their toga-clad version of the ancient Olympics.
