Kristin Harben and Zoltan Szabadi were married at the Mendenhall Glacier on July 10, 2004. A reception followed at the Juneau Yacht Club.
The bride is the daughter of Geoff Harben and Marcia Harben of Juneau. She is a graduate of Juneau-Douglas High School, University of Oregon and received her master's degree at Washington University. She is a physical therapist in Seattle.
The groom is the son of Christine and the late Michael Szabadi of Bergenfield, N.J. He is a graduate of Bergenfield Catholic High School and Penn State. He is self-employed as a Web site designer.
The maid of honor was the bride's sister, Tara Harben. Jennie Schoeppe was the bridesmaid, with junior bridesmaids Michaela Sweeney, Shelagh Sweeney and Lily MacLeod. The flower girl was Ruby MacLeod and the ring bearer was Will Dauenhauer.
The best man was Larry "D" Doyle of Pennsylvania. Jason Habenicht of Seattle was the groomsman. Karl Schoeppe presided.
The newlyweds will travel to the Greek Isles for their honeymoon. They will make their home in Seattle.
