Juneau police and fire officials and state police reported:


• At about 4:50 p.m. Monday, a 51-year-old woman was arrested on a charge of assault in the 100 block of Franklin Street. She was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At about 12:40 a.m. Tuesday, a 28-year-old man was arrested on a charge of assault on Front Street. He was lodged at the state prison.

Motor vehicle accident:

• At about 12:30 p.m. Monday, two vehicles were involved in an accident on Egan Drive. Total damage was estimated at $4,500.

• At about 1 p.m. Monday, two vehicles were involved in an accident on Cordova Street. Total damage was estimated at $7,500.

Sex crime:

• At about 4:40 p.m. Monday, police were investigating an alleged sexual abuse of a minor in the Juneau area.


• At about 1:50 p.m. Monday, a 21-year-old man reported the theft of $100 in cash and a sweatshirt from his unlocked vehicle in the 4300 block of Taku Boulevard.

• At about 11:10 a.m. Tuesday, a 26-year-old woman reported that $10 cash and a sweater had been stolen from her unlocked vehicle on Egan Drive.


• At about 3:30 p.m. Monday, a 28-year-old man reported that his doors were damaged in the 8700 block of Mallard Street.

• At about 11:50 p.m. Monday, an 18-year-old man reported that a window of his vehicle had been broken in the 9200 block of Hurlock Avenue.

• At about 5:35 a.m. Tuesday, a 30-year-old man reported vandalism to a bus stop enclosure on Old Dairy Road.
