"The Mommy Dance," a one-woman musical comedy about motherhood, starring Jill Bess and directed by Anita Maynard-Losh, at Perseverance Theatre, opens 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 12, and runs through Sunday, Oct. 5. Shows at 7 p.m. Thursdays, 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 6 p.m. Sundays (2 p.m. on final Sunday). $22, adults, Fridays and Saturdays; $17, adults, Thursdays and Sundays; $18, students and seniors, Fridays and Saturdays; $13, students and seniors, Thursdays and Sundays.
