Lousy leaders

If you think your boss is bad, you're not alone. A recent study conducted by Development Dimensions International and badbossology.com found that 32 percent of those surveyed spent 20 or more hours complaining or listening to others complain about their bosses in an average month, while 28 percent spend 10 ten hours. Additionally, 60 percent of respondents said that the ability to bring out the best in people was the most important characteristic of a boss, followed by 28 percent who chose authenticity.
