Animal complaints:

Sound off on the important issues at

• At about 2 p.m. Sunday, police received a report that a bear cub was seen in the 200 block of Franklin Street.

Disorderly conduct:

• A 59-year-old man was charged with disorderly conduct and released at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

Drunken driving:

• Gregory Christiansen, 34, was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday night. He had been driving toward downtown on Egan Drive. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and his vehicle was impounded.

• Shawn Taylor, 34, was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at about 10:50 p.m. while driving inbound on Egan Drive. His vehicle was impounded.

Hit and run:

• Police received a report at about 2:20 p.m. Sunday that a 2000 Ford was struck while parked in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. The amount of damage to the vehicle was unknown.

Underage drinking:

• A 20-year-old man was cited at about 1:30 p.m. Sunday for underage drinking. He was in the 400 block of 10th Street.

Vehicle accident:

• Police received a report of a three-car accident at about 7 a.m. on Monday on Egan Drive. A 55-year-old woman, who was driving a 1998 Dodge, suffered minor injuries. A citation for driving with an unsecured load is pending for a 62-year-old man, who was driving a 1996 Chevrolet. The Chevrolet suffered no damage. The Dodge sustained $300 in damage and damage to a 2006 Ford, driven by a 46-year-old woman, was unknown.
