Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

• William Edward Gottke, 42, was arrested for drunken driving at 12:51 a.m. today near Glacier Highway. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• Nicholas Dean Berg, 29, was arrested for drunken driving at 1:16 a.m. today near Third Street and Main Street. He was lodged at the state prison.

• Dennis James Barrick, 21, was arrested for drunken driving at 3:38 a.m. today near Thunder Mountain Road. He was lodged at the state prison.

Assaults:

• Police arrested a woman, 31, for domestic violence assault at 9:59 p.m. Wednesday near downtown. Police believe alcohol was a factor in this incident. She was lodged at the state prison.

Thefts:

• A tan shaving kit with an electric razor was reported stolen at 11:35 a.m. Wednesday near the Auke Bay Harbor.

• A silver Red Rock racing bike was reported stolen at 4:23 p.m. near Mendenhall Loop Road.

• A red bicycle was reported stolen at 5:53 p.m. Wednesday near Killewhich Drive.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

• A window was reported broken at 7:09 a.m. Wednesday near West Willoughby Avenue. Damage is estimated at $500.

Animal encounters:

• Bears were reported Wednesday at 2:04 p.m. near Birch Lane, 3:39 p.m. near Glacier Highway and Old Dairy Road, 3:52 p.m. near Glacier Spur and Grant Street, 4:43 p.m. near Eyelet Court, 6:32 p.m. near Stephen Richards Memorial Drive, 8:30 p.m. near Glendale Street, 10:14 p.m. near Fifth Street in Douglas, 10:18 p.m. near Thunder Mountain Road and 11:08 p.m. near Fifth Street in Juneau.

• Bears were reported today at 12:26 a.m. near Douglas Highway, 12:51 a.m. near Glacier Highway, 2:20 a.m. near Glacier Highway, 2:20 a.m. near Glacier Highway, 6:07 a.m. near Turn Street and 6:19 a.m. near Glendale Street.

Domestic violence calls: 1.

Alcohol-related calls: 6.
