Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Drunken driving:
• Joshua Marion Michael Bilbrey, 26, was arrested at 1 a.m. Friday near Distin Avenue on charges of drunken driving and refusing a breath test. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.
• Shawn Taylor, 31, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Friday near Sherwood Lane on a charge of drunken driving. He was lodged at the state prison and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.
• Tina Eckles, 46, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Friday near Mendenhall Loop Road on a charge of drunken driving. She was lodged at the state prison and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.
• Russel Echiverri, 20, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. Saturday near Highland Drive on a charge of drunken driving. He was lodged at the state prison and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.
Assault:
• A man, 20, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. Thursday near Alaway Avenue on an assault charge. He was lodged at the state prison.
• A man, 40, was placed under citizen's arrest on charges of assault and theft at 3 a.m. Friday near South Franklin Street. He was lodged at the state prison.
• A woman reported at 7:30 p.m. Friday near Mendenhall Loop Road that her son, 10, had been assaulted by three older boys.
Vandalism:
• A man reported at 8 a.m. Friday near Montana Creek Road that a horse shelter had been vandalized.
• A man reported at 11:30 a.m. Friday near Marine Way that two windows had been shot with a BB gun.
• A man reported at 1:45 a.m. Saturday near Mendenhall Loop Road that the windshield on his Ford Taurus had been broken.
• A man reported at 8:40 a.m. Saturday near Willoughby Avenue that a window had been broken on his Chevy van and gas had been taken.
• A man reported at 10:40 a.m. Saturday near Trafalgar Avenue that a window had been broken on his Chevy Suburban.
Theft:
• A man reported at 10 p.m. Thursday near Glacier Highway that his black and silver Magna 21-speed bike had been stolen.
• A man reported at 12:45 p.m. Friday near Glacier Avenue the theft of a Kenwood stereo system from a vehicle.
• A woman reported at 1:30 p.m. Friday near Glacier Highway the theft of a handmade brooch.
