Let there be more light around town.

OK, so there is light on Seward Street. How about some lights on the crosswalk on the Douglas Highway and Cordova Street intersection? Dusting off the new neon cross walk signs are not going to get it. How many people speed down Seward Street? It does not matter; you still can not see pedestrians on that "crosswalk" on the Douglas Highway. Get some lights down at that location and a pedestrian-activated blinking sign (one also to accommodate short people, such as kids).
