Urban Cleveland, 42, was found guilty of drunken driving, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of Sept. 1.
His blood alcohol level at the time of his arrest was 0.219 percent. The limit at which it is illegal to drive is 0.08 percent.
Magistrate John W. Sivertsen sentenced him to pay a fine of $6,000 with $3,000 suspended, 140 days in jail with 100 suspended, a one year driver's license suspension, to enroll in, pay for and complete the Juneau Alcohol Safety Action Program and placed him on probation for two years with the standard conditions of release which include committing no crimes, violating no laws, completing the sentence, paying a surcharge and the cost of incarceration.
Kenneth J.L. Smith, 19, was found guilty of first-degree vehicle theft, a felony, stemming from an offense of April 24.
Two charges of second-degree theft were dismissed.
Superior Court Judge Patricia A. Collins to 90 days in prison but suspended imposition of sentence for three years with the standard conditions of felony release which includes committing no crimes, violating no laws, completing the sentence, paying a surcharge and the cost of incarceration, not associating with known felons, not owning any firearms, not consuming alcohol or drugs and not going where they are sold or served and making and effort to maintain employment.
Kevin M. Enloe, 27, was found guilty of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, both felonies, stemming from an offense of Nov. 11.
A charge of felony failure to appear was dismissed.
Collins sentenced him to 28 months in jail with 18 months suspended, a fine of $2,500 with $1,500 suspended and placed him on probation for two years with the standard conditions of felony release.
Devin Wortham, 36, was found guilty of third-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, both felonies, and interfering with the report of a domestic violence crime, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of April 25.
Superior Court Judge Larry Weeks sentenced him to five years and six months in prison with 3 years and six months suspended and placed him on probation for two years with the standard conditions of release.
Douglas D. Courtney, 36, was found guilty of drunken driving stemming from an offense of July 29.
His blood alcohol was 0.142 percent.
Sivertsen sentenced him to pay a fine of $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, a 90-day driver's license revocation, JASAP and placed him on probation for one year with the standard conditions of release.
