If you have information of interest to our community, we'd like to hear from you. The best way to let us know about your news item is to submit a press release. It should include the following information:
Who: The person or group the news is about.
What: The significant idea or event involved.
When: The time, day and date of the event.
Where: The address where the event will take place.
How: What you want the readers to do (call, write, make reservations, etc.)
Why: The significance or importance of the news.
Every release should include the name, address and telephone number of the person submitting the news, as well as a phone number that can be published and the name and telephone number for a contact person if more information is needed.
Timing is important. The more lead time we have, the better we can serve you.
