Juneau volunteer ombudsmen for the U.S. Coast Guard received certificates for attending a one-day training course Sept. 7 to learn how to best serve the families in their units. The course helped prepare these volunteers for their jobs as liaison between families and their units' commanding officers. The training is offered by Integrated Support Command Ketchikan - Juneau Detachment.
