Recent births at Bartlett Regional Hospital:

• On Sept. 4, 2007, a daughter, Natalia Lynn Harris, weighing 7 pounds, 13 ounces, to Karen Elizabeth Harris and Robert Charles Harris, of Juneau.

• On Sept. 5, 2007, a daughter, Adrianna Lynee Marshall, weighing 8 pounds, 11 ounces, to Brittany Nicole Harrison and Ryan Michael Marshall, of Juneau.

• On Sept. 6, 2007, a son, Erel Amulek Penalosa, weighing 7 pounds, 11 ounces, to Nenelyn Lumba Penalosa and Roberto Ybanez Penalosa, of Juneau.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Kimberly Velasco, 37, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 14 incident in which no blood-alcohol content was measured. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed three days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Velasco $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Semion Mazon, 52, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an April 10 incident in which Mazon's blood-alcohol content was measured at .219 percent. Levy imposed 20 days in jail with 345 days suspended, fined Mazon $3,000 with none suspended, revoked Mazon's license for one year and put Mazon on probation for five years.

• Christian Parker, 30, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 22 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .167 percent. Juneau Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed six days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Parker $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Crickett Newsom, 33, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a May 25 incident in which Newsom's blood-alcohol content was measured at .150 percent. Levy imposed 20 days in jail with 160 days suspended, fined Newsom $3,000 with none suspended, revoked Newsom's license for one year and put Newsom on probation for two years.

• Robert White, 24, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a July 6 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .161 percent. Levy imposed 20 days in jail with 100 days suspended, fined White $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Ronny Lepoidevin, 48, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Aug. 21 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .122 percent. Levy imposed 20 days in jail with 80 days suspended, fined Lepoidevin $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.
