Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Domestic dispute:

• Police arrested a 25-year-old man on a charge alleging domestic-violence assault at 7:55 p.m. Sunday near Long Run Drive. The man was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Assault:

• Police cited and released a 33-year-old man on an assault charge at 9:25 a.m. Monday near Aisek Street in the Lemon Creek area.

Thefts:

• A silver GT Interceptor BMX-style racing bicycle was reported stolen at 7:55 p.m. Sunday near Mendenhall Mall Road. The bike was valued at $400.

• A man reported at 11:14 p.m. Sunday that his 14-year-old son's stereo was stolen by someone who broke into their Northwood Drive residence in the Lemon Creek area. No value was available.

• A compact disc player and headphones were reported stolen at 8:05 a.m. Monday from a vehicle parked near Third Street in Douglas. No estimate of the loss was available.

• A Sony PlayStation 2 video game system, a Panasonic portable compact disc player and two Motorola walkie talkies were reported stolen at 8:47 a.m. Monday from the Harris Harbor area. The items were valued at $310.

• A black Nokia cellular telephone was reported stolen at 9:45 a.m. Monday near West Willoughby Avenue. The loss was estimated at $150.

Vandalism:

• A woman reported her 2001 Ford Ranger sustained $700 in vandalism at 2 p.m. Sunday in the West Willoughby Avenue area.

• A bicycle tire was reported slashed at 4:05 p.m. Sunday near Mendenhall Mall Road. Damage was estimated at $30.

• A woman reported the driver's-side window of her truck had been smashed out at 8:38 a.m. Monday near Simpson Avenue. Nothing appeared to have been taken. No damage estimate was available.

• At 8:44 a.m. Monday, a woman reported several wires had been cut on her vehicle in the area of Rivercourt Way. No damage estimate was available.

Animal complaints:

• A bear sow and two cubs were reported at 10:06 p.m. Sunday downtown. A bear was reported at 12:23 a.m. Monday in a trash container near Northwood Drive in the Lemon Creek area. At 12:11 a.m. Monday, a bear was seen in the area of McGinnis Drive.
