Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Police arrested Peter Parisien, 39, on a charge of drunken driving at 7:21 p.m. Wednesday on outbound Egan Drive in the Twin Lakes area. He was later released, but police impounded the vehicle he was driving.
Police arrested a man, 22, on a charge of domestic-violence assault at 7:44 a.m. Wednesday in Lemon Creek. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
A personal computer, surround-sound speakers and 32 DVDs were reported stolen at 4:54 p.m. Wednesday in a burglary near Gastineau Avenue. The loss was valued at $1,880.
A red, white and blue mountain bike was reported stolen at 3:03 p.m. Wednesday near Glacier Highway in the Lemon Creek area.
At 9:22 p.m. Thursday, the window at Juneau-Douglas High School was reported broken. No damage estimate was available.
A 9-year-old girl who had been riding a bicycle was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital for evaluation of injures after an accident at 5:54 p.m. Wednesday involving a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado at Main and Fourth streets. The front of the bicycle frame was bent. Damage was estimated at $100. The pickup, driven by a man, 60, sustained estimated damage of $2,500.
A woman reported at 6:14 p.m. that her unoccupied Honda Civic struck another unoccupied Honda Civic at the University of Alaska Southeast campus. Damage was estimated at $2,000 to the first Civic and $1,000 to the other.
Hit and run:
At 3:52 p.m. Thursday, a woman reported her 2004 Honda Odyssey was struck while parked near Shell Simmons Drive in the airport area.
Police impounded a vehicle at 12:42 a.m. Thursday on the Gold Creek access road after citing the driver on charges of driving while his license was suspended and speeding.
Police cited a man, 20, on an underage drinking charge at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday near Mendenhall Mall Road.
Police arrested a man, 21, on a charge of furnishing alcohol to a minor at 11:18 p.m. Wednesday at Evergreen Cemetery. They lodged him at the state prison. From the same incident, they cited a man, 19, on a charge of underage drinking.
Police arrested a man, 21, at 1:23 a.m. Thursday near Trafalgar Avenue in the Valley, on a warrant charging him with failing to appear for a court hearing involving charges of underage drinking and driving without a license. They lodged him at the state prison. From the same incident, police reported citing five other people younger than 21 on underage drinking charges.
A bear sow and cub were spotted at 10:17 p.m. Wednesday near the porch of an apartment complex on Gastineau Avenue. Police left a citation charging bear-attraction nuisance.
