Gerardo Day and Dana Armstrong of Anchorage will be married at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16, 2004, at the Green Lake Chalet on the Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage. There will be a reception at the chalet following the ceremony.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Don and Ann Armstrong. She graduated from Juneau Alternative High School. She works as a foster parent for Second Chances Animal Rescue.
The groom-elect is the son of Gerardo Day and Terasita Dmowery. He graduated from Bartlett High School in Anchorage and works as an S sergeant for the Air National Guard.
The maid of honor will be Kerry Spooner, and the bridesmaid will be Christina Parnell. Zoe Wooldridge will be the flower girl. The best man will be Pat Smith, and the groomsman will be Ray Ashcroft. Robert Wooldridge will be the ring bearer.
The couple plan on making Anchorage their home.
