SEATTLE - Health insurance company Premera Blue Cross says it is waiving fees related to the swine flu vaccine for members who do not have full coverage of the shot.

The decision applies to more than 500,000 members in Washington state and Alaska who would otherwise have to pay a deductible or co-pay to receive the swine flu vaccination.

Company officials say they want Premera members to have access to the vaccine when it becomes available.
