Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

Terry Rex Korthuis, 35, was arrested about 8 p.m. Saturday for drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level of more than 0.10 percent. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Assaults:

A man, 41, was arrested for domestic violence assault about 3 a.m. Sunday in the Mendenhall Valley. He was lodged at state prison.

Thefts:

An unassembled wooden file cabinet and an empty plastic gun case were reported stolen from a vehicle about 4 p.m. Sunday on Heron Way.

A silver and red BMX bike was reported stolen about 5:15 p.m. Sunday outside of Western Auto.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

A beer bottle was thrown through the window of a home on Cohen Drive about 1 a.m. Sunday.

Glass in the front door of the J & J Deli-Mart on Glacier Avenue was reported broken about 3:15 a.m. Sunday.

Underage drinking:

A man, 18, was cited for underage drinking about 1:30 a.m. Sunday at the Auke Village Recreation Area.

Vehicle accidents:

A woman, 35, was cited for careless driving about 11:15 a.m. Saturday on Glacier Highway, after her car rear-ended a pickup driven by a man, 38. The truck had $1,500 damage, the car $3,000.

A man, 19, was cited for careless driving about 2:30 p.m. Sunday on Egan Drive, after his pickup rear-ended a pickup driven by a man, 53, who was treated at Bartlett Regional Hospital and released. The 19-year-old's pickup had $4,500 damage.

A 1992 Chevy Blazer, driven by a woman, 30, at high speed on Fairbanks Street rolled and struck a parked 1999 Dodge Intrepid. The Blazer was totaled, and the Dodge had $3,000 damage. Police are investigating.

Hit-and-run incidents:

A 1991 Subaru was hit, damaging the front end, Friday night near Fifth and Gold streets.

Animal encounters:

Police received 15 reports of bears between 8 a.m. Saturday and 5:45 a.m. this morning.

Other:

A wallet belonging to a man, 48, was turned in to the police Saturday morning.

A man, 18, was cited for driving with a revoked license about 9:30 p.m. Saturday near Glacier Highway. He was released, and the vehicle was towed.

A woman, 34, was cited about 1 a.m. Sunday at the Penthouse for violating a domestic violence order.

A man, 24, was cited for driving with a suspended license about 2:30 a.m. Sunday on Mendenhall Loop Road. The vehicle was released to a licensed driver.

A woman, 34, was arrested about 4 a.m. Sunday in the Mendenhall Valley for violating a domestic violence order.

A man reported Saturday noon that he lost a gold bracelet valued at $1,400.

A man, 35, was placed under citizens arrest for theft and criminal mischief about 3:30 p.m. Sunday on South Franklin Street. He was taken to state prison.

A man, 40, was cited for driving with a revoked license about 12:30 a.m. today on Williams Place. The vehicle was impounded.

A man, 38, was cited for driving with a suspended license about 5:30 a.m. today near Vanderbilt Hill Road.

Police are investigating a reported sexual assault of a woman early Saturday morning in the Lemon Creek area. The suspect is a 16-year-old boy, police said. No arrest has been made yet.

Alcohol-related calls: 8.
