Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Hit and run:

• A 16-year-old Juneau man reported at 6:39 p.m. Tuesday that his 1995 Jeep was struck while parked on Glacier Avenue. No damage estimate was available.

Domestic disturbance:

• Police arrested a 21-year-old woman on a charge of domestic-violence assault at 2:17 a.m. Wednesday near Canyon Drive.

Disorderly conduct:

• A 19-year-old woman was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center after she was placed under citizens arrest at 6:59 p.m. Tuesday near Trout Street for alleged disorderly conduct.


• A man reported at 9:41 a.m. Wednesday that vandals did $300 in damage to his mailbox the previous night near Horizon Drive.


• Police arrested David Milton, 21, at 9:39 a.m. Wednesday near West Willoughby Avenue on a warrant relating to felony first-degree vehicle theft and misdemeanor drunken driving. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• Police arrested Kyle Nalan, 24, at 11:13 a.m. Wednesday near Shattuck Way on a warrant relating to a charge of third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
