Police arrested a 22-year-old man on a charges of drunken driving and refusing a breath test at 1:41 a.m. Sunday in Shopper's Lot, across the street from Mercants Wharf. They impounded the vehicle he was driving.
Police arrested a 26-year-old woman on a charge of drunken driving at 2:47 a.m. Sunday on Tongass Boulevard and Mendenhall Loop Road. They impounded the vehicle she was driving.
Police arrested a 25-year-old man on a charge of drunken driving at 7:49 a.m. Sunday on Thunder Mountain Road in the Mendenhall Valley. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle he was driving.
Two firearms and empty safe and audio amplifiers were reported stolen at 9:54 a.m. Sunday in a burglary in the 5300 block of Glacier Highway in the Lemon Creek area.
A blue Geo Storm was reported stolen at 8:21 a.m. Sunday near Sealaska Plaza downtown.
Fishing equipment, including two Penn fishing rods and reels, was reported stolen at 10:47 a.m. Sunday near Glacier Highway in the Lemon Creek area.
Police arrested a 42-year-old woman on a charge of felony theft at 6:10 p.m. Saturday in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard in the Mendenhall Valley. They lodged her at the state prison.
A window on a Ford Explorer was reported vandalized at 8:43 p.m. Saturday in the 5900 block of Churchill Way in the Lemon Creek area.
Hit and run:
At 3:46 p.m. Saturday, a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier was reported struck by an unknown vehicle that left the area on Mendenhall Mall Road at Mendenhall Loop Road. No injuries were reported.
At 9:18 p.m. Saturday, a 2000 Jeep Cherokee was reported struck by an unknown vehicle in the 11800 block of Glacier Highway in the Auke Bay area.
At 5:06 p.m. Saturday, a 1996 Ford Taurus was reported struck by an unknown vehicle while parked in the 4300 block of University Drive.
At 8:51 a.m. Sunday, a 2006 Dodge Durango was struck by an unknown vehicle while parked in the 3500 block of Forest Grove Drive in the valley.
Police impounded a vehicle at 7:26 p.m. Saturday in the 3300 block of Douglas Highway after citing the driver, a 48-year-old woman, on a charge of driving without a license.
An envelope containing an undisclosed amount of cash was turned into Juneau police at 8:51 a.m. Sunday after it was reportedly found on Brotherhood Bridge, spanning the Mendenhall River.
A bear was reported getting into garbage at 12:18 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Gastineau Avenue downtown.
