Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Jacob Nelson, 19, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a March 23, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .195. Superior Court Judge Philip M. Pallenberg imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Nelson $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Henry Webb, 33, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a May 10, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .115. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended, fined Webb $6,000 with $3,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.

• Calvin Weimer, 37, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a June 21, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .119. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 50 days suspended, fined Weimer $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Robert J. Hillyer, 26, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Aug. 9, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .143. Deputy Magistrate Sharon Heidersdorf imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Hillyer $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Jason Martin-Wilson, 33, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Sept. 5, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .133. Sivertsen imposed 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended, fined Martin-Wilson $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.
