Reason: "I play guitar because there are a lot of songs I listen to that have guitar in them - I wanted to learn. I like to jam once my class work is done and during break-time."
Experience: "I've been playing for 10 months."
All in the family: "My Uncle Michael plays guitar."
Favorites: "My favorite types of music are punk-rock and metal. Green Day and Collective Soul are my favorite. "
Future plans: "I'll keep playing as long as I can. I would play even more, if I had my own Gibson SG guitar! ... I plan to have a band and put out a CD."
Activites: "I like to dance hip-hop."
You should know: "My grandpa is my hero, since he fought for our country in the war."
His music teacher, Patrick Murphy, says: "When it comes to music, and guitar in particular, Seth is a self-motivated, energetic and passionate student. He enjoys learning the latest pop-tunes, playing with classmates and spending his free time jamming! Seth is extremely focused on personal goals and aspirations. Seth is so excited about guitar that last year during "Open Recess" he spent almost every day jamming with classmates in the music room! It's really paying off. "
