istant Attorney General Keith Levy, right, presents lawyer Art Peterson with the Jay Rabinowitz Public Service Award on Friday at the Baranof Hotel. The award is given by the Alaska Bar Foundation to "an individual whose life work has demonstrated a commitment to public service in the State of Alaska." Peterson is the second to receive the award.
