Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Jolene Siirila, 46, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a March 16, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .211 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 220 days in jail with 190 days suspended, fined Siirila $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for two years.

• Joanna Brown, 57, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a May 29, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .145 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Brown $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Christina Smith-Oldaker, 42, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a June 8, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .262 percent. Levy imposed 200 days in jail with 130 days suspended, fined Smith-Oldaker $4,000 with none suspended, revoked her license for three years and put her on probation for three years.

• Stanley G. Johnson Jr., 31, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a June 20, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .235 percent. Levy imposed 100 days in jail with 80 days suspended, fined Johnson $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Wendy D. Cole, 34, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Sept. 11, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .184 percent. Levy imposed 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended, fined Cole $3,000 with none suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for two years.
