Courts
Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Judgments:
Jolene Siirila, 46, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a March 16, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .211 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 220 days in jail with 190 days suspended, fined Siirila $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for two years.
Joanna Brown, 57, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a May 29, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .145 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Brown $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.
Christina Smith-Oldaker, 42, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a June 8, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .262 percent. Levy imposed 200 days in jail with 130 days suspended, fined Smith-Oldaker $4,000 with none suspended, revoked her license for three years and put her on probation for three years.
Stanley G. Johnson Jr., 31, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a June 20, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .235 percent. Levy imposed 100 days in jail with 80 days suspended, fined Johnson $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.
Wendy D. Cole, 34, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Sept. 11, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .184 percent. Levy imposed 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended, fined Cole $3,000 with none suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for two years.
