Jerry, Boomer are suave, not spastic, and lookingfor permanent homes

Sound off on the important issues at

Jerry has looks that could kill. The cat equivalent of James Bond, he is sleek, suave and charming, and he is looking for a permanent home. So come visit Jerry Bond the Gastineau Humane Society. He is just as dreamy as the real Bond - but neutered.

Boomer doesn't exactly live up to his name. He is a fabulous 2-year-old neutered male Shish Tzu who is energetic without being spastic. He shows enthusiasm for walks without going berserk, and he loves attention, without seeming needy. Basically, Boomer is a good guy looking for someone to care for him. Visit Boomer at the Gastineau Humane Society from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday or 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday.
