KLAWOCK - Wildlife troopers say a 38-year-old Klawock man kept 40 silver salmon from the Klawock River in southeast Alaska - over the limit for subsistence.
Alaska State Troopers say he was issued a summons Sept. 11 to appear next month in Craig District Court.
A 44-year-old man from Marysville, Mich., also was issued a summons for participating in subsistence fishing on the Klawock River as a nonresident. He's due in court Friday in Craig.
