Juneau resident John M. Williams Jr., 35, died Sept. 18, 2005, in Juneau.
He was born Oct. 5, 1969, in Juneau. He attended Juneau Elementary School and Juneau-Douglas High School. He worked as a janitor at the Federal Building.
He enjoyed football, fishing, running and assisting friends in need.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Oscar John Williams and Jerry M. Williams; and his sister, Julia P. Williams.
He is survived by his parents, John and Mary Williams Sr. of Sumner, Wash.; his brothers, Benjamin L. Williams of Sumner, Paul Joseph of Juneau, Richard Williams and his wife Primo of Juneau; his sisters, Vivian E. Williams of Summer and Darlene Joseph of Egegik; and his aunt, Dolly Kvande of Juneau.
Pallbearers will be Ernie Grant, Kendall Lindoff, John Watson, Randy Williams Sr., Paul White, James Jack Sr. and Bill Herman.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Northern Light United Church in Juneau.
