Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:


• At 12:34 p.m. Wednesday, a woman reported three windows of a residence near Whitewater Court had been shot with a BB gun. Damage was estimated at $450.


• At 4:40 p.m. Wednesday, a man, 37, reported a black Radio Shack scanner, worth $19, was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked near Glacier Avenue.

• At 5:44 p.m. Wednesday, a man, 47, reported a 30-pound propane tank was stolen out of the back of his truck between 1:30 and 5 p.m. Wednesday while it was parked near Salmon Creek Lane.

• At 6:01 p.m. Wednesday, a woman, 31, reported a purple and black 21-speed mountain bike, worth $300, had been stolen near Mendenhall Loop Road.

• At 7:58 p.m. Wednesday, a female California tourist, 35, reported her Canon Powershot camera and three compact flash cards were stolen at the top of the Mount Roberts tram. The property is worth $600 to $650.

Bear complaint:

• A bear cub was spotted in a tree at 9:05 p.m. Wednesday near Mendenhall Loop Road. Residents were told to leave the bear alone.

• A man reported a bear was trying to get in his garbage continued at 1:21 a.m. Thursday near Indian Cove.

Disorderly conduct:

• A man, 29, was arrested for criminal mischief at 10:41 p.m. Wednesday near Third Street and Gastineau Elementary School. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Minor consuming:

• A man, 19, was cited for minor consuming at 4:43 a.m. Thursday near W. Willoughby Avenue.

Vehicle accidents:

• A man, 23, reported at 8:53 a.m. Thursday that someone struck his parked Dodge Neon, causing $1,500 in damage, while it was parked near Glacier Highway.

Lost property:

• At 11:03 a.m. Thursday, a woman, 78, reported a missing jade necklace, worth $175.
