Juneau police reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Vandalism:

• At 12:36 p.m. a 1993 Dodge van was reported vandalized in the 1600 block of Douglas Highway. The estimated damage was not known.

• At 4:22 p.m. the passenger window of a 1986 Chevy truck was broken in the 1600 block of Renninger Street. Damage was estimated at $500.

Traffic accident:

• At 6:41 p.m. 51-year-old man reported he struck a deer on the Auke Village Recreation Area bypass road. His Volkwagen Passat sustained $500 damage to the right side front fender and door.

Theft:

• At 9:03 p.m. a 34-year-old woman reported a breast pump and carrier and a red canvas purse were taken from her unlocked Subaru Impreza at the Boy Scout Camp trailhead. The items were valued at $450.
