The computers in my daughter's high school class don't work. They should be in working order.

Why hasn't there been any coverage of adult soccer this year? I sure miss it and wish it was there.

So now you're censoring Word of Mouth, the place where you can supposedly say whatever you want to say.

Somebody stole my 8-year-old's silver California classic scooter on Sunday from in front of McDonald's. It would be highly appreciated if somebody would return it. We cannot afford another one.

I think it's wonderful that Destination Juneau is cleaning up trash downtown. Can they also clean up all the waste from the cruise ships?

Every year I look forward to the 50 percent off sales downtown at the end of the season. This Saturday I went downtown to do my shopping and there were only three shops open. I was very disappointed. If you want us to shop local you have to stay open, even when the cruise ships are not in town.

With all these bears they've been shooting, I'd like to know what they're doing with the hides because if they are interested in selling them, I'd like to give the city some money for those hides.

The city should open up a turn-signal-repair plant because it seems 90 percent of the cars in this town's turn signals don't work.

I just wanted to say that it was a real treat to listen to and be able to dance to the Juneau Big Band at the Elks Club last Friday night. The leader is doing a great job. I really appreciate having them around.

Put those light reflectors back in the middle of the road on Egan Drive. They make it easier and safer to see compared to the white line.

If black bears eat hatchery fish, maybe someone should collect hatchery fish and put it into the woods away from garbage cans.

The police should not shoot the bears. They should treat the bears and noisy little kids making music on the street and dancing all the same.

I was disgusted by the person who spoke at the Chamber of Commerce and asked, "How many jobs do we need in this town anyway?"

Kudos to Jack Cadigan. I see the Empire is picking up where John Winters and company left off.
