Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Christina Zepp, 42, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Jan. 23, 2007, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .209. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 240 days in jail with 180 days suspended, fined Zepp $6,000 with $6,000 suspended, revoked her license for five years and put her on probation for three years.

• Kiley M. Murphy, 24, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 29, 2008, incident in which the blood-alcohol content was measured at .165. Levy imposed 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended, fined Murphy $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked Murphy's license for 90 days and put Murphy on probation for 18 months.

• Marisela Velazquez, 25, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a June 15, 2008, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Velazquez $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.

• Sandy Johnson, 54, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Sept. 5, 2008, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .138. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 180 days in jail with 165 days suspended, fined Johnson $6,000 with $4,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for three years.

• Charles A. Watkins, 27, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Sept. 11, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .155. Levy imposed 43 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Watkins $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
