Assault

• At 3:20 p.m. Wednesday, a 42-year-old man reported a 13-year-old boy was assaulted by a 12-year-old boy in the 3800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

Burglary

• At 8:41 p.m. Wednesday, a 62-year-old woman reported items stolen from her motorhome in the 8500 block of Evergreen Park Road. The items were later recovered and returned.

Domestic Violence

• At 8:07 p.m. Wednesday, a 58-year-old woman reported a 35-year-old man was harassing a woman.

• At 12:25 a.m. Thursday, a 21-year-old woman reported a 21-year-old man broke her window.

Driving Under the Influence

• At 11:31 a.m. Friday, Benjamin David Reierson, 24, was arrested for driving under the influence.

Driving With a Suspended License

• At 2:09 p.m. Wednesday, a 28-year-old man was cited for driving with a suspended license on Municipal Way. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Driving Without a License

• At 1:47 p.m. Wednesday, a 21-year-old man was cited for driving without a license in the 9300 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. He was also cited for speeding, and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.

• At 7:26 a.m. Thursday, a driver was cited for driving without a license in the 1200 block of Harbor Way. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

• At 11:55 p.m. Thursday, Eleanor Loretta John, 68, was cited for driving without a license on Conifer Lane. The vehicle she was driving was impounded.

• At 1:20 a.m. Friday, Paul Jacob Young, 31, was cited for driving without a license at the 2.5 mile mark of Egan Drive outbound. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Drunken Driving

• At 12:50 a.m. Thursday, Travis Eugene Hotch, 26, was arrested for driving while intoxicated at the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Failure to Return Hunt Report

• Thursday, Christan J. Ruschmann, 29, was cited for failing to return his brown bear registration hunt report to the Alaska Department of Fish and Game.

Motor Vehicle Crash

• At 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old boy and a vehicle driven by a 24-year-old man collided in the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue. The boy was cited for failing to maintain a safe distance. His vehicle sustained an estimated $3,000 damage.

• At 3:36 p.m. Wednesday, a parked vehicle was struck by another vehicle in the 11400 block of Auke Bay Harbor Road.

Service

• At 3:09 p.m. Thursday, a domestic violence protective order was served on an 18-year-old woman.

Theft

• At 12:55 p.m. Wednesday, a 52-year-old woman reported theft from a business in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.

• At 12:58 p.m. Wednesday, a 46-year-old man reported the theft of his backpack and garden tools in the 1300 block of Glacier Highway. The estimated value of the items is $170.

• At 3:18 p.m. Wednesday, a 19-year-old woman reported the theft of clothing from a business in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road. The clothing is valued at $60.

• At 8:29 a.m. Thursday, a 35-year-old man reported his wallet and its contents were stolen in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 11:58 a.m. Thursday, a 44-year-old woman reported the theft of a ring in the 3500 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

• At 1:19 p.m. Thursday, a 67-year-old man reported a chainsaw taken from a residence in the 1700 block of Willow Drive.

Vandalism

• At 9:52 a.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department reported vandalism on the underside of the Sunny Drive overpass.

• At 12:25 p.m. Thursday, a 56-year-old man his vehicle had been vandalized at the 40-mile mark of Glacier Highway. The damage is estimated at $1,000.

Vehicle Impound

• At 10:25 p.m. Wednesday, a vehicle was impounded for a parking violation in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive.

Warrant Arrest

• At 4:50 a.m. Thursday, Patrick McKinley was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in the 200 block of Marine Way.
