Recent births at Bartlett Regional Hospital:

• On Sept. 17, 2007, a daughter, Belinda Rose Alice Randolph, weighing 7 pounds, 6 ounces, to Vanda Marie and Loren Albert Randolph, of Juneau.

• On Sept. 18, 2007, a daughter, Alyssa Miyasato, weighing 7 pounds, 10 ounces, to Chentell Sharee Miyasato, of Sitka.

• On Sept. 20, 2007, a son, Kyson Davis Bigelow, weighing 7 pounds, 6 ounces, to Emily Catherine Bradford and George Corey Bigelow, of Juneau.

• On Sept. 20, 2007, a son, Zachary Thomas Wahrmund, weighing 8 pounds, 2 ounces, to Shonda Jolee and Jeramy Jay Wahrmund, of Juneau.

• On Feb. 22, 2007, in San Antonio, a son, Luke Ross Danner Buckley, weighing 6 pounds, 9 ounces, to Sgt. James Buckley, of Juneau, and Jamie Barlow, of Haines. He was brought to Alaska on July 13, to visit and meet friends and family, and will move from Texas to Hawaii with his family on Oct. 5.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Ian Anderson, 39, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Oct. 23, 2005, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .208 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended, fined Anderson $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.

• Eric Morrow, 46, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 30, 2006, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .257 percent. Superior Court Judge Patricia A. Collins imposed 365 days in jail with 360 days suspended, fined Morrow $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for five years.

• Dennis Brummer, 58, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Feb. 28 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .161 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Brummer $4,000 with $1,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Brandon L. Moody, 23, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a July 17 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .181 percent. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Moody $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• James Weideman, 20, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Aug. 8 incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Weideman $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Stephanie Burkhart, 18, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Sept. 3 incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .191 percent. Levy imposed 35 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Burkhart $1,500 with none suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation until she turns 21.
