NORTH POLE - Two people are dead after a travel trailer caught fire near North Pole.

The cause remains under investigation, but a neighbor said the construction worker who lived in the trailer installed a wood stove just two days before the fire on Thursday.

Alaska State Troopers have not released the names of the victims. There was no sign of foul play.

Troopers towed four ATVs from the scene Friday morning. Trooper spokeswoman Beth Ipsen said one of the vehicles was reported stolen in 2006.
