ANCHORAGE - A man sought in an east Anchorage stabbing has turned himself in.

KTUU reports 24-year-old Justin Andrade is suspected of stabbing 21-year-old Stanley Small on Saturday night. Anchorage police say his wounds are not life-threatening.

Police on Sunday obtained a warrant for Andrade's arrest.

Small told police that he had been drinking in a wooded area with Andrade and a woman. They decided to continue drinking at Andrade's apartment but when they got there, Small and the woman were told they could not enter.

They left to return to the woods and were joined by the woman's boyfriend.

Police say Andrade approached them, threatened the woman's boyfriend and stabbed Small in the neck.
