Indictments:
Martin M. Harris was indicted by a grand jury on felony criminal mischief and first-degree burglary charges, stemming from a Sept. 18 incident.
Theodore Rado was indicted by a grand jury on felony third-degree assault, first-degree failure to stop at the direction of a peace officer, two counts of third-degree criminal mischief, and misdemeanor reckless driving, stemming from a Sept. 15 incident in which he drove a vehicle at another person.
Judgments:
Luke J. Erickson, 19, was found guilty of consuming alcohol as a minor, a violation, stemming from an Aug. 28 incident. Judge Peter Froehlich fined Erickson $1,000 and revoked his driver's license for three months.
Robert A. Hartman, 21, was found guilty of sixth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, stemming from a June 26 incident. Froehlich sentenced Hartman to one year of probation and a $200 fine.
Jackson Buchanan, 18, was found guilty of consuming alcohol as a minor, a violation, stemming from a July 24 incident. Froehlich fined him $1,000 and revoked his driver's license for three months.
Jack Paine, 22, was found guilty of harassment, a misdemeanor, stemming from a March 31, 2004 incident. Judge Patricia Collins sentenced him to 90 days, a $50 surcharge and placed him on probation for two years.
April McLaughlin, 18, pleaded no contest to consuming alcohol as a minor, a violation, stemming from an Aug. 26 offense. Froehlich fined her $600 and ordered alcohol counseling.
Howard Felix Jr., 20, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault, stemming from a Sept. 10 incident. Magistrate John Sivertsen Jr. sentenced him to 60 days in jail, a $500 fine and one year of probation.
Darcy Wright, 20, was found guilty of driving under the influence with a .092 blood alcohol content level. Sivertsen sentenced Wright to 33 days in jail, a $1,500 fine, revoked Wright's driver's license for 90 days.
Kristi Kookesh, 16, was found guilty of consuming alcohol as a minor, a violation. Froehlich fined her $600, sentenced her to community service, probation until she is 21 and an alcohol class.
Russel Echiverri, 21, was found guilty of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, stemming from a Sept. 11 incident. Froehlich sentenced him to 33 days, a $1,500 fine and placed him on two years probation.
Richard Haffner, 51, was found guilty of selling alcohol to a drunk person, a misdemeanor, stemming from a June 23 incident. Froehlich sentenced him to 60 days in jail, a $5,000 fine and one year of probation.
Bernadine Shodda, 45, was found guilty of criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, stemming from an Aug. 8 incident. Sivertsen sentenced her to 20 days in jail and fines of $1,050.
Raymond Carteeti, 63, was found guilty of criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. Froehlich sentenced Carteeti to 20 days in jail and fines of $1,050.
June Knapp, 30, was found guilty of driving with no valid operator's license and violation of conditions, both misdemeanors, stemming from April 9 and Aug. 21 incidents, respectively. Froehlich sentenced Knapp to five days in jail.
Curtis Trego, 19, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content level of .110, a misdemeanor, and consuming alcohol as a minor, a violation, stemming from a July 31 incident. Froehlich sentenced him to a $1,500 fine, 33 days in jail, two years probation, and revoked his driver's license for 90 days.
Nurullah Reynolds, 31, was found guilty of felony driving under the influence. Judge Collins sentenced Reynolds to 18 months in jail, three years probation, and issued a fine of $10,000.
Callahan L. Dillon, 21, was found guilty of reckless driving, a misdemeanor, stemming from an April 9 incident. Sivertsen sentenced Dillon to 30 days in jail, a $500 fine, one year of probation, and revoked the defendant's driver's license for 30 days.
James Osborne, 19, was found guilty of violation of conditions, a misdemeanor, stemming from an Aug. 30 incident. Sivertsen sentenced him to five days in jail and a $50 fine.
Michael P. Johnson Sr., 39, was found guilty of fourth-degree assault and violating conditions of release, both misdemeanors, stemming from incidents on July 21. Sivertsen sentenced him to 360 days in jail, alcohol counseling and five years probation. Johnson was also found guilty of driving under the influence, having a blood alcohol content level of .228, a misdemeanor, stemming from an incident on July 8. Sivertsen sentenced him to 180 days in jail, a $3,000 fine, revoked his driver's license for one year and placed him on probation for three years.
Richard J. Hunt Jr., 19, was found guilty of misdemeanor larceny, stemming from an incident Jan. 3. Sivertsen sentenced him to 45 days in jail, a $1,000 fine and two years probation.
