FAIRBANKS - A Fairbanks man who pleaded guilty to drug charges has been sentenced to a decade in prison, but nine of those years are suspended.
Counting time for good behavior, 46-year-old Barry Presley will be out of prison by Christmas.
Presley pleaded guilty to conspiracy to deal cocaine and possession of oxycodone, a powerful pain reliever. Other misdemeanor charges were dropped as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors.
Presley will be on probation for five years.
