Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Thefts, lost and found property:

About 1 p.m. Sunday, a man, 60, reported finding a black and red bicycle on the West Glacier Trail.

About 1:30 p.m. Sunday, a man, 44, reported the rear license plate of his vehicle had been stolen while it was parked near the intersection of 8th and Gold streets.

About 10:30 a.m. Monday, a man, 41, reported his bicycle stolen at Pocket Park on Sunday. The bike is a men's Huffy, green with 18 speeds.

About 11 a.m. Monday, a black television satellite receiver found at the Marine Parking Garage was turned in to the Juneau Police Department. The property was placed in safekeeping pending identification of its owner.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

Police responded about 11:30 p.m. Monday to a report that a man was attempting to enter parked vehicles on Marine Way. Subsequently, they arrested an intoxicated man, 34, on a charge of violating court-ordered conditions of his probation. Specifically, he was not to consume alcohol.

Vehicle accidents:

Police responded to a report of a red vehicle rolled over and into the ditch on Egan Highway outbound near Bartlett Regional Hospital shortly before 7:30 a.m. today. There were no injuries reported.

Warrant arrests:

A minute before midnight Monday, a man, 38, was arrested at the Triangle Bar on two outstanding JPD warrants totaling $675 for failure to appear for arraignments on an original charge of theft of services. The man was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional center. Alcohol was involved in the incident.

Animal encounters:

About 4 a.m. Monday, police received a complaint of a bear on Aspen Avenue.

About 2:30 a.m. today, police received a report of a bear on Poplar Avenue.
