The My Turn by Bill Bjork and John Davis on Sept. 29 made me aware of a primary capital-move issue. It is the common and frequent practice of people to refer to governmental actions and lack of action as "Juneau" instead of the more appropriate "legislative," "administration" or "government," which places the concern where it should be.

It is not the city of Juneau that makes or does not make decisions resulting in people's dissatisfaction. If we all would be more specific, it would not make the capital move issue go away, but it just might lessen the negativity associated with the name of our town.
